Biography
• Surya Dharamdass holds a Doctorate from Universiti Sains Malaysia with her research in Contact Centre Service Excellence at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia and has published articles in International Journals, presented at International Conferences as well as was the Champion of 3-Minute Business Pitching Competition.
• She received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Western Sydney, Australia and 1st degree in Management Information Systems, United Kingdom
• She has been at Dell Global Business Centre for 22 years and is currently a Global Functional Lead/Quality Senior Principal Engineer/Coach.
• Green Belt Certified, Certified Mentor and Coach as well as trained as a High Impact Facilitator.
• Vice-Chairman of Penang Regional Centre of Malaysian National Computer Confederation (PERC-MNCC).
• Also been involved as a speaker at career talks, as a motivational speaker, leadership trainer and as industry examiner/panelist.
• Received an official Title/Award from the Penang State, Malaysia Governor - 17 October, 2023, which means in English (Distinguished Conduct in the Service) or Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (P.K.T.) in the local Malay Language. This medal is awarded to individuals who have shown commendable service or demonstrated competence in any field
