I work with leaders, managers, and organisations who want clarity, stronger people capability, and sustainable performance — not quick fixes.
I am an ICF-credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC), HRDC-certified trainer, and business consultant with hands-on experience across SMEs, corporate teams, and volunteer-driven organisations.
My work sits at the intersection of coaching, leadership development, and business reality.
Before fully stepping into coaching and training, I spent years working inside SMEs — leading teams, developing people, and navigating real constraints such as limited resources, fast decision cycles, and growth pressure. This allows me to coach and train with context, credibility, and practicality.
Alongside my professional work, I serve as a Culture Development Enabler at TEDxPetalingStreet, supporting over 200 volunteers through coaching conversations and culture-building initiatives. This experience sharpened my ability to coach across diverse personalities, motivations, and leadership maturity levels.
