Biography
Shanti is an engaging, energetic and passionate professional facilitator, coach and consultant known for her cross expertise in strategic planning, marketing, coaching customer experience, communication, emotional intelligence, stakeholder engagement, entrepreneurship and learning and development related areas. With more than 30 years of work experience, Shanti shares her insights and practical ideas to create value added benefits for her clients and participants.
In terms of coaching, on the overall, Shanti has been actively offering her coaching services to corporate clients, mainly for employees of her consulting clients and MSME business owners from various business sectors. She has been involved in business coaching under entrepreneurship related programmes organised by INSKEN, MIM, IMM, NAWEM and several other NGOs and training providers.
Shanti currently holds IAC® Mastery Practitioner, International Association of Coaching, USA
Shanti is a Member of International Association of Coaching (IAC, USA), International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Malaysian Association of Facilitators (MAFA) and Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers(MAPS) . Shanti is also an Exco Member of Malaysian Association for Women in Digital and Technology (MAWiD) and Secretary for Inspire Society, a Community Development-based NGO.
